Celebrating the 25th Anniversary!
On the last Sunday of July, our church celebrated its 25th anniversary. In this festive meeting were present, besides the regular believers, the first believers who have contributed to the beginning of the church and its continuation to this day.

The service on this special day began by praising and exalting the name of Jesus Christ, where the worship group joined together the voices of the whole church to worship the Almighty in one spirit and unity. Then some blessed sisters shared a brief message of encouragement and witnessed how the almighty hand of the Lord had acted in their lives and ministry. Also Pastor Berti spoke of the Lord’s faithfulness, telling how the Lord of the harvest had sent workers over the years to build the kingdom of God here on earth. Then there was a banquet on the outside of the church, where an exciting moment was the candlelight and cake cutting that was accompanied by the greeting song on the 25th anniversary of the church. Believers wish each other that God bless and continue the good work He has begun in the “Way of Peace” church in Lushnje.

Currently various projects are being developed at certain times that are a blessing to the church, we have cell groups in the villages of Lushnja such as: Gramsh and Fiershegan where a small group of believers serve the Lord. There are also diverse services where all age groups can be included such as: prayer group, men group, women group, worship group, youth group. A nice service is the Tomorrow Club where little kids, young children get together to learn more about God and spend a friendly time developing different games, organizing dramas with beautiful messages of encouragement. In addition to this, another church of Way of Peace was planted in the village of Bitaj. This church has the same services as Lushnja.

Thanks be to God for witnessing the transformed lives of believers, thanks to Pastor Berti for his humble and serviceable heart that has led as a good shepherd the flock of sheep that the Lord has entrusted. Glory be to God in eternity!
